DJI CSM Radar

The Circular Scanning Millimeter (CSM) Wave Radar for the Matrice 300/350  RTK (M300) is an ideal accessory for industrial inspection pilots or anyone operating their M300 in areas where powerlines, guy wires, and/or small tree branches may pose a flight hazard.

The CSM radar mounts to the top of the M300/ 350 and augments the M300/350’s standard six collision detector sensors.

The CSM Radar mounts to the top of the M300/ 350 via the upward gimbal point and augments the M300/ 350’s standard six collision detector sensors. It connects via the PSDK port. And is also designed to fit within the M300/350 Case

The CSM Radar provides obstacle avoidance with a detection range of 1.5 to 30 meters (5 to 98 feet), enhancing the standard horizontal vision sensors.

KEY FEATURES

• Obstacle Detection: Detects thin obstacles such as wires, powerlines, and tree branches.
• Enhanced Awareness and Protection: Augments the M300/350’s standard vision obstacle avoidance sensors and can be used to set the auto-braking and warning system.
• Blind Spot Coverage: It can be used to fill in vision sensor blind spots, offering 360° horizontal/ 60° vertical/45° upper coverage with a detection rage of 1.5-90m
• Nighttime Missions and Ingress protection: The system works regardless of daylight and similar to the M300/ 350, can be flown in light rain (IP 45 rated)
