Take complete control of your agricultural drone operations with the Hylio GroundLink Controller—a rugged, all-in-one ground station designed to provide professional operators with seamless access to autonomous and manual flight controls from a single platform.
Built in-house by Hylio, the GroundLink combines a powerful Windows 11 computer, integrated radio telemetry, high-visibility touchscreen, and dedicated flight controls into a rugged, ergonomic controller. The result is a streamlined command center designed specifically for precision agriculture and demanding field operations.
With support for Hylio’s AgroSol Ground Control Software, GroundLink allows operators to plan missions, monitor flights, manage applications, and control Hylio AgDrones from one integrated system. A single GroundLink can command up to three Hylio UAS simultaneously, making it a powerful solution for operators looking to scale their agricultural drone operations.
The GroundLink Controller is designed around the realities of field work. Its 13.3-inch, 1000-nit sunlight-readable touchscreen provides clear visibility in bright outdoor conditions, while the IP67-rated enclosure helps protect the system from dust and water exposure.
The integrated controller features dedicated joysticks and programmable buttons for intuitive manual flight control, while the built-in Windows 11 computer provides the processing power necessary for mission planning, mapping, application management, and reporting.
Whether you’re operating a single AgDrone or coordinating a multi-drone workflow, GroundLink provides the control and connectivity needed to manage your operation efficiently.
Combines the computer, display, radio communication system, and physical flight controls into one rugged platform, reducing the need to manage multiple devices in the field.
GroundLink is designed and manufactured by Hylio and is NDAA compliant, making it suitable for government and other operations requiring compliant UAS technology. Hylio states that the system meets FY2019 NDAA Section 889, FY2020 NDAA Section 848, and FCC Part 15 requirements.
The 1000-nit, 10-point capacitive touchscreen is designed for visibility and usability in bright outdoor environments.
Seamlessly transition between autonomous mission operations and manual flight control using the same integrated platform.
Command up to three Hylio AgDrones from a single GroundLink Controller when used with Hylio’s AgroSol Ground Control Software.
The integrated Microhard pMLTE 2.4 GHz MIMO communication module provides primary radio telemetry between the GroundLink and compatible Hylio aircraft.
GroundLink operates as a fully functional Windows 11 PC, giving operators access to AgroSol and other compatible applications without requiring a separate field computer.
An IP67 protection rating helps the GroundLink withstand demanding outdoor operating environments.
Underneath the rugged exterior, GroundLink is equipped with an Intel Core i5 13th-generation Raptor Lake processor, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 500GB Samsung 990 Pro SSD.
This hardware configuration provides the processing capability needed for demanding agricultural workflows, including mission planning, mapping functions, application management, and reporting.
The integrated Windows 11 operating system also allows GroundLink to function beyond basic flight control, providing operators with a complete field workstation in a single device.
Agricultural drone operations often require equipment that can transition between different tasks and environments throughout the day. GroundLink is designed to support that workflow with multiple connectivity options and a field-oriented physical design.
Built-in wireless connectivity includes:
Optional accessories such as a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse can transform GroundLink into a more traditional workstation for detailed planning, reporting, and other computer-based tasks.
The controller also includes shoulder straps, a carry handle, and a desktop stand for flexible use in the field or at a workstation.

GroundLink combines traditional RC-style controls with a large touchscreen interface. Its primary control interface includes a 4-channel joystick controller, eight programmable buttons, and two single-axis joysticks, giving operators direct access to essential aircraft functions.
The integrated design eliminates the need to constantly switch between a remote controller and separate computer or tablet, helping simplify the operator experience.
The GroundLink Controller uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed for extended field operation. Hylio lists approximately 6–8 hours of battery life, with actual runtime depending on operating conditions, screen brightness, connectivity, and workload.
This makes GroundLink well suited for extended agricultural missions where operators may spend hours in the field.

One of the GroundLink’s most powerful capabilities is its ability to support multi-drone operations.
When paired with Hylio’s AgroSol Ground Control Software, a single GroundLink Controller can command up to three Hylio UAS simultaneously. This allows operators to coordinate multiple aircraft from a centralized control station and scale their application workflow without requiring a separate controller for every aircraft.
For professional applicators and large-scale agricultural operations, this capability can help increase productivity while simplifying fleet management.
The GroundLink Controller is more than a traditional drone remote—it is a complete ground control station and field computer built specifically around Hylio’s agricultural drone ecosystem.
With an integrated Windows 11 computer, high-brightness touchscreen, dedicated flight controls, long-range radio telemetry, multi-drone capability, and NDAA-compliant design, GroundLink gives professional operators a centralized platform for managing modern precision agriculture operations.
From mission planning and autonomous flight to manual control and multi-drone coordination, GroundLink is built to help agricultural operators work smarter, simplify their workflow, and get more done in the field.
